《特警狙击手》讲述的是知名美籍爱国华人李一舟准备在他的出生地连海市投资建一座中国最大的化工炼油厂，并且准备在连海安度晚年。连海警方从国际刑警组织得到通报，为阻挠李一舟回国投资，有人雇用国际恐怖组织的杀手企图暗杀他，以达到损害连海市形头七下载象、破坏吸引外资的目的。连海市公安局特警支队的特警们担负起了暗中保护李一舟的特殊使命，与国际恐怖组织的杀手进行了斗智斗勇和生死搏斗，终于将犯罪组织一网打尽。
